This April I’ll be embarking on another round of Facebook Live Mini Song-Shares! I’m excited to continue this practice of opening to creativity and I look forward to sharing this process with you. 

The last session will be a conversation on songwriting, unlocking the voice, and exploring any other questions or musings you may have.

I’ll be live on Facebook every Friday at 6:00pm MST for the whole month of April. 

The intention is to open to creativity via improvisational music making. It is a practice of listening to the moment, letting go, trusting what comes, and embracing the messiness and the magic of song. I will live-loop, sing, improvise lyrics, and play guitar. I may also share already written original pieces and would love to take any requests!
